广州越秀区长者饭堂空间布局合理性研究

Study on the Rationality of Spatial Layout of the Dining Hall for the Elderly in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou

精确地评价养老服务设施空间的可达性是进行养老服务设施资源合理配置的前提。本文选取广州市越秀区作为研究区域,运用两步移动搜寻法和OD成本矩形计算了人口重心到长者饭堂的出行时间,据此测算越秀区长者饭堂的空间可达性。结果表明:第一,越秀区长者饭堂的布局相对合理,但现有的大部分饭堂的可达距离未符合广州市长者饭堂全覆盖服务网络规划方案要求,长者饭堂供需不平衡的问题同样存在。第二,越秀区长者饭堂整体水平较低,中部街道比东西部街道的可达性水平高,当搜索阈值为750m的服务半径时服务面积达到最大。基于研究分析提出长者饭堂建设建议,应基于可达性分析规划布置长者饭堂点、实现区域资源共享发展以及社区养老服务协作发展。

Accurate evaluation of spatial accessibility of elderly care facilities is the premise of ratio⁃nal allocation of elderly care facilities resources.This paper selects Yuexiu District of Guangzhou as the research area,uses the two-step mobile search method and THE OD cost rectangle to calculate the travel time between the population center and the elderly canteen,and then calculates the spatial accessibility of the elderly canteen in Yuexiu District.The results show that:(1)the layout of the canteen for the elderly in Yuexiu district is relatively reasonable,but the accessibility distance of most of the existing canteen does not meet the requirements of the full coverage service network of the canteen for the elderly in Guang⁃zhou,and the imbalance between the supply and demand of the canteen for the elderly also exists.(2)The over⁃all level of elderly dining halls in Yuexiu District is low,and the accessibility level of central streets is higher than that of eastern and western streets.The service area reaches the maximum when the search thresh⁃old is 750m service radius.Based on the research and analysis,suggestions on the construction of the elder⁃ly canteen are put forward,which should be based on the accessibility analysis,planning and layout of the elderly canteen sites,realizing regional resource sharing development and community elderly service coop⁃eration development.
