科技兴警背景下应急警务指挥体系研究现状与评价

Research Status and Evaluation of the Emergency Police Command System Under the Background of Science and Technology to Revitalize the Police Strategy

我国对应急警务指挥体系的研究起步较晚且相对薄弱,但是其他领域和学科的相关研究较为丰富,可以作为应急警务指挥体系构建的理论指导。通过分析应急警务指挥体系的研究背景以及相关研究发展历程,在科技兴警战略背景下将“应急警务指挥体系的研究成果”分为基础理论成果、应用成果、法制成果和融合成果四类,阐述我国应急警务指挥体系的研究现状,以期对未来应急警务指挥体系研究提供参考。

China’s research on the emergency police command system is late and relatively weak,but the rel⁃evant research in other fields and disciplines is relatively rich,which can serve as theoretical guidance for the construction of the emergency police command system.Under the background of Science and technology to revitalize the police strategy the paper analyzes the research background and related research and devel⁃opment process of the emergency police command system from the logical starting point of“emergency police”,and expounds the research status of China’s emergency police command system in four categories:theoretical results,application results,legal results and integration results,and makes predictions for the future research direction.
