分子影像技术在兽医临床诊断中的应用研究进展

Research progress of molecular imaging technology in veterinary clinical application

摘要 近年来,随着纳米生物医学的进步和各种医用成像设备的不断改进和创新,分子影像技术呈现出与多个学科交叉融合的发展态势。分子影像技术的兴起,打破了传统影像技术主要为解剖结构变化的局限,使现代影像诊断技术深入到了生命有机体的微观层面,实现了结构影像向功能影像的延展,为精准医学的疾病诊断和治疗提供了新的有效途径。基于小分子纳米粒子、肽、抗体和适体修饰的显像剂技术的迅速发展,已迅速推进相关产品和技术的研发,一些技术已应用于医学的临床前研究和临床转化。分子影像技术在兽医临床诊疗中也有重大突破并取得了一系列研究成果。本研究着重阐述对比增强超声、近红外光学成像和正电子发射断层扫描(PET)分子影像技术,旨在提示和促进兽医影像技术的快速发展。 In recent years,molecular imaging technology has shown a development trend of interdisciplinary integration,with the progress of nano-biomedicine and the innovation of various medical imaging equipment.The rise of molecular imaging technology has broken through the limitation of traditional imaging technology that mainly reflects changes in anatomical structure,which enables modern imaging diagnosis technology to penetrate into the microscopic level of living organisms.Advanced imaging technology has realized the extension of structural imaging to functional imaging,providing a more effective way for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in precision medicine.Imaging agent technology based on small molecule nanoparticles,peptides,antibodies and aptamers has developed rapidly,which has also promoted the iterative research and development of related products and technologies.Inspirationally,some technologies have been applied to preclinical research and clinical translation of medicine.Molecular imaging technology has also made major breakthroughs in veterinary clinical diagnosis and treatment and achieved a series of research results.This article focuses on contrast-enhanced ultrasound,near-infrared optical imaging and positron emission tomography(PET)molecular imaging techniques,aiming to prompt and promote the rapid development of veterinary imaging techniques.
