摘要
我国蛋白质饲料资源短缺,影响饲料业和畜牧业的发展,非常规蛋白质饲料资源丰富且开发潜力强。产朊假丝酵母蛋白饲料以农业副产物等为原料,产朊假丝酵母(Candida utilis)为发酵菌种,通过固体发酵或液体发酵制备获得,作为动植物源性蛋白饲料的替代品具有广阔的研究前景,并能提高非常规蛋白质饲料资源利用率。它富含蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素等营养物质,具有维持动物生长性能、维护肠道健康、维持瘤胃功能、缓解饲料中霉菌毒素危害等作用。本研究总结了产朊假丝酵母蛋白饲料的生产工艺及其在动物生产中的功能,为开发利用新型蛋白源提供选择。
There is a shortage of protein feed resources in China,which influences the development of feed industry and animal industry.Unconventional protein feed resources are rich and have strong development potential.Using agricultural by-products as raw materials and Candida utilis as fermentation strain,Candida utilis protein feed prepared by solid fermentation or liquid fermentation.As a substitute for animal and plant-derived protein feeds,Candida utilis protein feed has broad research prospects,which also improves the utilization of unconventional protein feed resources.It is rich in protein,amino acids,vitamins and other nutrients,and has the functions of maintaining animal growth performance,protecting intestinal health,maintaining rumen function,and relieving mycotoxins harm in feed.This paper summarizes the production process of Candida utilis protein feed and its function in animal production,providing choices for developing and using new protein sources.
