厚朴排气合剂辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的效果研究

Effect of Houpu exhaust mixture in adjuvant therapy of acute pancreatitis

目的分析厚朴排气合剂辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法抽取2020年1月至2022年5月新郑市公立人民医院收治的急性胰腺炎患者48例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组24例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用厚朴排气合剂。比较两组治疗效果、症状改善情况、血淀粉酶水平、炎症因子水平[降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、急性生理与慢性健康评分表Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)评分、住院时间及住院费用。结果观察组总有效率(91.67%,22/24)高于对照组(66.67%,16/24),P<0.05。观察组胃肠道功能恢复时间、腹胀缓解时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血淀粉酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清PCT、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂辅助常规治疗急性胰腺炎效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,下调血淀粉酶和炎症因子水平,减轻病情严重程度,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Houpu exhaust mixture in adjuvant therapy of acute pancreatitis.Methods Forty-eight patients with acute pancreatitis treated in Xinzheng Public People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Houpu exhaust mixture based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,symptom improvement,blood amylase level,levels of inflammatory factors including procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation-Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)score,hospital stay,and hospitalization expenses were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%(22/24),which was higher than the 66.67%(16/24)of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function and abdominal distension in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the blood amylase level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum PCT and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the APACHEⅡscore in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Houpu exhaust mixture has significant effects combined with routine treatment for acute pancreatitis,can improve clinical symptoms,down-regulate the levels of blood amylase and inflammatory factors,reduce the severity of the disease,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce medical expenses.
