以提升党建质量推进中国式现代化建设——基于党的二十大修改党章的视角

Promoting the Chinese-Type Modernization Construction by Improving the Quality of Party Building:From the Perspective of Amending the Party Constitution at the 20th CPC National Congress

党章是全体党员的行动指南。党的二十大修改通过的党章,从党的精神力量、执政能力与组织制度体系三个层面,对每个党员提出了新的要求。全党应在弘扬伟大建党精神中汲取力量,并转化为引领中国式现代化的个体自觉;在不断学习创新理论中坚定理想信念,推动实践工作,增强党的执政能力;在坚持新时代党的组织路线中,以全面从严治党推进党的组织建设,从而完善党的组织制度体系。可以看到,党章的修改坚持问题导向与系统观念,反映党的建设的新成果与新经验,体现了中国共产党人以历史担当和创造精神为发展马克思主义建党学说所作出的贡献。其蕴含的方法论形成了提升党建质量的新思路,确保中国共产党始终是推进中国式现代化建设的坚强领导核心。

The Party Constitution is the guide to action for all Party members.The Party Consti-tution,revised and approved at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,puts forward new requirements for each Party member from the three levels of the spiritual strength,gov-erning ability and organizational system of the Party.The whole Party should draw strength from car-rying forward the great spirit of Party building and transform it into individual consciousness leading to Chinese-type modernization.During the process of constantly learning and innovating theories,it should strengthen the ideals and beliefs,promote the practical work,and strengthen the governing a-bility of the Party.In adhering to the Party's organizational line in the new era,it should promote the Party's organizational construction by comprehensively and strictly governing the Party,so as to improve the Party's organizational system.It can be seen that the revision of the Party Constitution adheres to the concept of problem orientation and system,reflects the new achievements and new ex-periences of the Party's construction,and reflects the contributions made by the CPC members to the development of Marxist party building theory with the historical responsibility and creative spirit.The methodology it contains has formed a new idea to improve the quality of Party building,which can ensure that the CPC is always a strong core of leadership to promote the Chinese-type modernization construction.
