湿热环境及荷载作用下CFRP加固钢结构耐久性研究进展

摘要 碳纤维增强复合材料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,CFRP)粘贴加固技术能显著改善受损钢结构的静力和疲劳性能,但环境暴露和荷载作用会导致加固结构的性能退化,影响加固结构的长期耐久性。文章总结了国内外近期CFRP加固钢结构的耐久性研究成果,关注湿热环境、荷载,以及二者耦合作用对加固结构力学性能的影响规律,介绍了相应的界面损伤机制,并探讨了CFRP加固钢结构未来的研究需求。 Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)strengthening technology can significantly improve the static and fatigue performances of damaged steel structures.However,the mechanical behaviour and long-term durability of strengthened steel structures may deteriorate due to the harsh environments and the loading conditions.This paper reviews the current state of research regarding the durability of steel structures strengthened by CFRP,with a particular emphasis on the impact of the hygrothermal environment,loading,and their coupling effect on the mechanical properties of steel structures strengthened by CFRP.Besides,interface damage mechanisms are introduced and lastly the future research needs are discussed.
