珠海中心台风风效应现场实测及风洞试验研究

摘要 高层建筑具有柔度大、基频低的特点,对风的作用十分敏感,台风影响下高层建筑风效应一直以来是结构风工程领域的热点问题。文章基于高度330 m的珠海中心大厦健康监测系统及风洞试验平台开展了高层建筑风效应的系列研究,重点考察了中高幅振动下的高层建筑模态参数随振幅的变化、建筑周边来流风场反演及大量级范围内雷诺数(Re)效应对异形截面超高层建筑风效应的影响等业内现有研究依然薄弱的几个方面。结果表明,大厦的结构模态参数处于统计模型的可靠性区间内。基于风压数据的风场预测模型具有较高的预测精度,为超高层建筑台风风效应精细化研究提供了重要的研究基础,而风洞试验结果也表明了风压的Re依赖性与截面复杂的整体特征及其局部细节密切相关。 High-rise buildings have the characteristics of large flexibility and low fundamental frequency,which are very sensitive to the effect of wind.Wind effect on high-rise buildings under the influence of typhoons has been a hot issue in the field of structural wind engineering.In this paper,based on the health monitoring system and wind tunnel test of the 300 m Zhuhai Center Tower,a series of studies on wind effects on high-rise buildings were carried out,focusing on the changes of modal parameters of high-rise buildings with amplitude under medium and high amplitude vibration,the inversion of the wind field around the building and the influence of Reynolds number(Re)effect on wind effects of super high-rise buildings with shaped cross-section in a large range of levels,which are still the weakest existing studies in the industry.The results show that the structural modalities of the building are not well understood.The results show that the structural modal parameters of the building are within the reliability range of the statistical model.The wind field prediction model based on wind pressure data has a high prediction accuracy,which provides an important research basis for the refined study of typhoon wind effects in supertall buildings,while the wind tunnel test results also show that the Re dependence on wind pressure is closely related to the complex overall characteristics of the cross-section and its local details.
