摘要
近年来,在现代制剂药物输送系统的设计中,使用活性物质作为制剂辅料或代替其他辅料的研究受到广泛关注,这也促进了“药辅合一”理念在中药制剂设计中的应用研究得到进一步发展。采用“药辅合一”理念来设计药物输送系统可减少制剂辅料的使用,减少制剂成本,同时具有协同增效、靶向递送、多组分同步递送、降低药物毒性、增加药物溶解性和生物相容性等优势。然而“药辅合一”在中药制剂新型递药系统中的研究仍显不足,在现代递药系统的应用研究中举例文献相对缺少;具有“药辅合一”特性的中药活性物质整理不够。该文就以中药活性物质为“辅药”制备的递药系统类型及其应用展开综述,并阐述其常见的构建方式与机制,为现代中药制剂递药系统的深入研究提供有益参考。
In recent years,the use of active substances as formulation excipients or as substitutes for other excipients in the design of modern formulation drug delivery systems has received widespread attention,which has also promoted the further development of the application of the"unification of medicine and adjuvant"concept in the design of Chinese pharmaceutical formulations.Adopting the concept of"unification of medicine and adjuvant"to design drug delivery systems can reduce the use of excipients and enhance the safety of formulations,while having unique advantages such as reducing drug toxicity,increasing drug solubility and biocompatibility,synergistic effect,targeted delivery,and simultaneous delivery of multiple components.However,the research of"unification of medicine and adjuvant"in the new drug delivery system of Chinese pharmaceutical formulations is still insufficient,and there is a lack of literature on the application of modern drug delive ry systems;the active substances of Chinese medicine with"unification of medicine and adjuvant"characteristics are not organized enough.In this paper,we review the types and applications of drug delivery systems prepared by using active substances of traditional Chinese medicine as"excipients",and describe their common construction methods and mechanisms,so as to provide useful references for the in-depth research of modern drug delivery systems for Chinese pharmaceutical preparations.
