快速反应团队协同预警评分系统应用于产科重症患者的效果

Effect of the Rapid Response Team Assisted Early Warning Scoring System Applied to Critically Ill Obstetric Patients

目的探讨快速反应团队协同改良产科早期预警系统在产科重症患者治疗中的应用。方法选取研究对象为2019年12月到2020年12月郑州市妇幼保健院产科三区收治的危重症孕产妇200例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)两个组别。对照组给予产科常规护理,当病情加重时由产科三区医生进行抢救治疗;研究组采用预警评分联合规范化快速反应团队模式。比较两组患者病情意外预警情况平均处理时间、入住ICU率、新生儿窒息率。结果研究组孕产妇病情意外预警情况平均处理时间低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组孕产妇入住ICU率低于对照组(P>0.05);研究组新生儿窒息率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论快速反应团队协同预警评分系统应用于产科重症能够提前预警,减少危重孕产妇的发生,缩短危重孕产妇等待救治的时间,减少危重孕产妇死亡、新生儿窒息的发生,在惠及更多家庭的同时,有效减少公共医疗费用支出,并提高人口素质。

Objective To investigate the effect of the rapid response team assisted early warning scoring system applied to critically ill obstetric patients.Methods A total of 200 critically ill obstetric patients in the 3rd District of Obstetrics in Women&Infants Hospital of Zhengzhou from December 2019 to December 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 100 cases.Control group received basic nursing in routine treatment and rescue treatment in crisis situations,while study group received nursing based on early warning scoring system and rapid response team model.Then the mean time to management of unexpected warning conditions,ICU admission rates,and neonatal as⁃phyxia rates were compared between groups.Results Compared with control group,study group had shorter time to man⁃agement of unexpected warning conditions(P<0.05).The rates of ICU admission and neonatal asphyxia were lower in study group than in control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of rapid response team assisted early warning scoring system for critically ill obstetric patients can effectively reduce the risk of the pregnant women,shorten the waiting time for critical maternity care,reduce the incidence of critical maternal deaths and neonatal as⁃phyxia,as well as effectively reduce public health care expenditure while benefiting more families,and improving the quality of the population.
