不同修复方法治疗下颌低平牙槽嵴患者活动义齿修复的效果比较

Effect of Different Methods in the Treatment of Mandibular Alveolar Ridge Atrophy in Remova⁃ble Denture Repair for Dentition Defect

目的分析不同修复方法治疗下颌低平牙槽嵴患者活动义齿修复的效果。方法选择医院2020年1月至2020年12月收治的颌低平牙槽嵴牙齿缺失患者100例。按照入院顺序分对照组(传统全口义齿修复,n=48)和观察组(生物功能性义齿修复系统修复,n=52)。比较两组患者压痛点、咀嚼功能效率、满意情况。结果随着义齿佩戴时间延长,患者压痛点个数逐渐下降,其中观察组患者义齿佩戴5d和7d压痛点数量少于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),义齿佩戴3d压痛点数量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着义齿佩戴时间延长,两组患者的咀嚼功能效率显著增加,其中观察组患者义齿佩戴3个月和6个月咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率98.08%高于对照组77.08%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物功能性义齿修复系统能有效修复下颌低平牙槽缺牙患者咀嚼功能,并能减少压痛点和提升患者满意度,建议使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of different methods in the treatment of mandibular alveolar ridge atro⁃phy in removable denture repair for dentition defect.Methods A total of 100 patients with mandibular alveolar ridge atro⁃phy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups according to admission order.Control group(n=48)received traditional complete denture restoration,while observation group(n=52)received bio⁃functional prosthetics system.Then the number of tender points,masticatory efficacy and satisfaction degree were compared between groups.Results With the prolongation of denture wearing time,the number of tender points showed a decreasing trend in both groups,and was less in observation group than in control group at post⁃wearing 5d and 7d,with statistical difference(P<0.05),while had no significant difference between groups at post⁃wearing 3d(P>0.05).There was an in⁃creasing trend in masticatory efficacy in both groups with the prolongation of wearing time,and was higher in observation group than in control group at post⁃wearing 3mon and 6mon,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical difference(98.08%vs 77.08%,P<0.05).Conclusion Application of biofunctional prosthetics system for mandibular alveolar ridge atrophy can effectively improve the masticatory efficacy,reduce the tender point,and improve the satisfaction degree,which is worthy of recommendation.
