摘要
目的探讨青少年近视程度对夜戴角膜塑形镜效果的影响。方法回顾性分析84例青少年近视患者的病历资料,按近视程度将患者分为低度近视组(球镜度数≤-3.00D)、中度近视组(球镜度数>-3.00~-6.00D)。观察两组患者戴镜前后裸眼视力、眼轴长度、中央角膜厚度及角膜内皮细胞计数等眼部参数变化,比较不同近视程度对夜戴角膜塑形镜效果影响。结果戴镜前低度近视组裸眼视力高于中度近视组(P<0.05),戴镜后两组裸眼视力均显著升高(P<0.05);戴镜前、后低度近视组眼轴长度均短于中度近视组(P<0.05),戴镜后两组眼轴长度无变化(P>0.05);戴镜前、后低度近视组中央角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞均高于中度近视组(P<0.05),两组戴镜1周、1月、3月、6月后中央角膜厚度、角膜内皮细胞无变化(P>0.05);戴镜1周后两组眼轴变化差值无统计学差异(P>0.05),戴镜1月、3月、6月低度近视眼轴变化差值显著大于中度近视差值(P<0.05)。结论低度近视、中度近视青少年患者夜戴角膜塑形镜均能起到显著防控效果。
Objective To explore the influence of adolescent myopia on the effect of wearing orthokeratology at night.Methods The medical records of 84 adolescent myopia patients were retrospectively analyzed.According to the degree of myopia,the patients were divided into low myopia group(spherical lens power≤-3.00D)and moderate myopia group(spherical lens power>-3.00~-6.00D).Observe the changes of the naked eye vision,axial length,central corneal thickness and corneal endothelial cell count of the two groups of patients before and after wearing glasses,and compare the effects of different degrees of myopia on the effect of wearing orthokeratology at night.Results The naked vision of the low myopia group before wearing the glasses was higher than that of the moderate myopia group(P<0.05),the naked vision of the two groups were significantly increased after wearing the glasses(P<0.05);the length of the eye axis in the low myopia group before and after wearing the glasses All were shorter than those in the moderate myopia group(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in the axial length of the two groups after wearing the glasses(P>0.05);the central corneal thickness and corneal endothelial cells in the low myopia group before and after wearing the glasses were higher than In the moderate myopia group(P<0.05),there were no significant changes in central corneal thickness and corneal endothelial cells in the two groups after wearing glasses for 1 week,1 month,3 months,and 6 months(P>0.05);two groups of eyes af⁃ter wearing glasses for 1 week There was no significant difference in the difference of axial changes(P>0.05).The differ⁃ence in axial changes of low myopia in January,March,and June was significantly greater than that of moderate myopia(P<0.05).Conclusion Wearing corneal shaping glasses at night can play a significant role in the prevention and control of low and moderate myopia.
