Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal real⁃time ultrasonic elastography combined with serum SCCA and CK19 detection in diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. Methods Patients with patho⁃logically confirmed cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled, and set as control group(n=50)and study group(n=50),respectively.All patients received transvaginal real⁃time ultrasonic elastography examination, and serum levels of SCCA and CK19 were also detected. The positive rate was compared among three examination methods, then the diagnostic value of combined detection was discussed. Results Real⁃time vagi⁃nal ultrasound elastographic scores and serum SCCA and CK19 levels were significantly higher in study group than in control group(P<0.05).The positivity rates of serum SCCA and CK19 were also significantly higher in study group than in control group(P<0.05).Transvaginal real⁃time ultrasound elastography combined with serum SCCA and CK19 detection could im⁃prove the diagnostic value of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal real⁃time ultrasound elastography combined with serum SCCA and CK19 detection are of great significance in the clinical diagno⁃sis of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.
