思连康辅助治疗溃疡结肠炎效果及对WBC、CRP影响

Effect of Siliankang on ulcerative colitis and its influence on WBC and CRP

目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片(思连康)辅助治疗溃疡结肠炎(UC)效果及对白细胞(WBC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)影响。方法将我院2019年3月至2020年4月接诊的UC患者85例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组(n=42)采用口服美沙拉嗪片治疗,观察组(n=43)在对照组基础上辅以思连康治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果,并比较两组治疗对WBC、CRP影响和不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后疗效等级分布对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组总有效率低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者WBC、CRP水平无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗2个月后两组WBC、CRP水平均有下降(P<0.05),且观察组WBC、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应发生均较轻微且无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论思连康辅助美沙拉嗪片治疗溃疡结肠炎临床疗效明显,可以有效降低WBC、CRP水平,改善机体炎症状态,且安全性较好,有很好临床价值。

Objective To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets(Siliankang)in adjuvant treat⁃ment of ulcerative colitis(UC)and its influence on WBC and CRP.Methods A total of 85 UC patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group(n=42)was treated with oral mesalazine tablets.,the ob⁃servation group(n=43)was supplemented with Siliankang treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the effects of treatment on WBC,CRP and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference in the grade distribution of curative effect be⁃tween the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in WBC and CRP levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of WBC and CRP in the group decreased(P<0.05),the levels of WBC and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse drug reactions of the two groups were mild and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Siliankang assisted mesalazine tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis has obvious clinical effects,which can effectively reduce WBC and CRP levels,improve the inflammatory state of the body,and have good safety and good clinical value.
