有机磷农药中毒治疗中应用多次血液灌流对改善器官功能的临床疗效

Clinical effect of multiple hemoperfusion on improving organ function in the treatment of organo⁃phosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的分析有机磷农药中毒治疗中应用多次血液灌流对改善器官功能的疗效。方法纳选本院2020年3月-2021年3月收治的有机磷农药中毒患者62例为分析对象,依照治疗方法不同分设两组。对照组(n=31例,常规药物治疗+一次血液灌流);参照组(n=31例,常规药物治疗+多次血液灌流)。分析两组临床了疗效。结果参照组用药及血液灌流后血清炎症因子WBC、CRP、IL-8及IL-6水平显著低于对照组同期及本组治疗前(P<0.05);参照组用药及血液灌流后血清肝功能指标ALT、TBiL及ALP水平低于对照组同期及本组治疗前(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但参照组患者治疗后获益水平整体优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多次血液灌流可显著改善有机磷农药中毒患者器官功能,降低疾病炎性水平,且安全性确切,于患者治疗有显著获益,可推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of multiple hemoperfusion on improving organ function in the treatment of organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 62 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the analysis objects,and divided into two groups according to dif⁃ferent treatment methods.Control group(n=31 cases,conventional drug therapy+one time hemoperfusion);Control group(n=31 cases,conventional drug therapy+multiple hemoperfusion).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed.Results The serum levels of inflammatory cytokines WBC,CRP,IL⁃8 and IL⁃6 in reference group were significantly lower than those in control group and before treatment after medication and hemoperfusion(P<0.05).Serum liver function inde⁃xes ALT,TBIL and ALP levels in reference group after medication and hemoperfusion were significantly lower than those in control group at the same period and before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05),but the benefit level of patients in the reference group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple hemoperfusion can significantly improve the organ function and reduce the inflammatory level of the disease in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poi⁃soning,and it is safe and accurate.It has significant benefits in the treatment of patients and can be popularized.
