大隐静脉曲张高位结扎术联合腔内闭合术治疗轻中度下肢静脉曲张效果

The effect of high stripping of great saphenous varicose vein combined with intracavitary closure for mild to moderate varicose veins of lower extremities

目的探究大隐静脉曲张高位结扎术联合腔内闭合术治疗轻中度下肢静脉曲张效果。方法回顾性分析本院2019年1月至2020年6月收治的122例下肢静脉曲张患者(患肢138条),根据患者治疗方案分为对照组44例(患肢50条)采用大隐静脉曲张高位结扎联合剥脱术,观察组78例(患肢88条)采用高位结扎联合腔内闭合术治疗。比较2组患者术后平均住院天数、术后首次下床时间;采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对2组患者术后48 h疼痛程度进行评价;观察2组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后平均住院天数、术后首次下床时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,2组VAS评分组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组并发症发生率比较无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论大隐静脉曲张高位结扎术联合腔内闭合术治疗轻中度下肢静脉曲张患者,能够有效缩短术后平均住院天数、术后首次下床时间,降低术后疼痛程度,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of high saphenous varicose stripping combined with intracavitary closure in the treatment of mild to moderate varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods Retrospective analysis of 122 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities(138 affected limbs)admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into 44 cases in the control group(50 affected limbs)who were treated with high ligation of great saphenous varicose veins combined with stripping,and 78 cases in the observation group(88 cases of affected limbs)were treated with high ligation and intracavitary closure.Compare the average hospital stay and the time to get out of bed for the first time after operation.The visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain de⁃gree of the two groups of patients at 48 h after surgery.Observe the occurrence of postoperative complications in the 2 groups.Results The average length of hospital stay and the first time to get out of bed after operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treat⁃ment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion High saphenous varicose exfoliation combined with intracavitary closure for the treatment of patients with mild to moderate varicose veins can effectively shorten the average postoperative hospital stay,the first time to get out of bed after surgery,reduce postoperative pain scores,and high safety.
