分时功能锻炼式护理辅助西药治疗对脑栓塞患者神经功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of time⁃sharing functional exercise nursing and western medicine treatment on neurological function,motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral embolism

目的分析分时功能锻炼式护理辅助西药治疗对脑栓塞患者神经功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选择医院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的脑栓塞患者79例。根据入院顺序其分成对照组(n=36)和联合组(n=43)。对照组接受常规西药治疗,联合组接受分时功能锻炼式护理辅助西药治疗。比较两组患者神经功能、运动功能、生活质量和血清学指标。结果随着临床干预进行,联合组患者干预1周(5.19±1.09)分、4周(4.62±0.18)NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。随着临床干预进行,两组患者干预后FMA评分逐渐增加,且高于干预前;联合组患者干预1周(57.67±3.12)、4周FMA(68.58±2.84)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后联合组患者生活质量评分(62.58±3.01)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分时功能锻炼式护理辅助西药治疗对脑栓塞能明显改善患者神经功能、运动功能及生活质量,建议使用。

Objective To analyze the effects of time⁃sharing functional exercise nursing and western medicine treatment on neurological function,motor function and quality of life in patients with cerebral embolism.Methods 79 patients with cerebral embolism admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.According to whether they were combined with time⁃sharing functional exercise nursing intervention,they were divided into a control group that only received western medicine treatment(No,n=36)and a combined group of time⁃sharing functional exercise nursing and western medi⁃cine treatment(yes,n=43).The neurological function,motor function,quality of life and serological indicators of the two groups were compared.Results With the progress of clinical intervention,the NIHSS score of patients in the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05)after 1 week(5.19±1.09)and 4 weeks(4.62±0.18).As the clinical intervention progressed,the FMA scores of the two groups of patients gradually increased after intervention,and were higher than before the intervention;the combined group patients′FMA scores of 1 week(57.67±3.12)and 4 weeks of intervention(68.58±2.84)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score of pa⁃tients in the combined group(62.58±3.01)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time⁃sha⁃ring functional exercise nursing and western medicine treatment can significantly improve the neurological function,motor function and quality of life of patients with cerebral embolism.It is recommended to use it.
