我国足球耐力素质测试及练习方法的历史流变与推进路径

摘要 运用文献资料法、历史研究法,总结我国足球耐力素质测试的历史流变、主要问题及纾解路径。主要结论:1990-2003年我国足球耐力测试主要采用12min跑的方法,2003年至今采用YOYO测试的方法;相比于12min跑,YOYO测试更适合作为足球运动员耐力测试和训练方法;但YOYO测试存在对膝盖负荷大、我国对其定量和定性不准确、缺少与球结合等问题。据此提出优化路径:改进YOYO测试折返跑动形式;重新对YOYO测试进行定量和定性分析;将YOYO测试与足球相结合。 The historical changes,main problems and corresponding solutions of China's football endurance quality test were studied using literature review and historical research method.Main conclusions:from 1990 to 2003,the 12-minute running method was mainly adopted to test footballers'endurance in China.Since 2003,the YOYO test method was used.Compared to 12-minute running,the YOYO test is more suitable as an endurance test and training method for footballers.However,the YOYO test has problems such as heavy load on the knee,inaccurate quantitative and qualitative analysis in China,and lack of combination with the ball.Facing these problems,the solutions were proposed:improve the YOYO test running form;perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of YOYO test;include football in doing YOYO test.
