Compared with that during non-pregnancy,the incidence of adnexal torsion during pregnancy significantly increases,which is more common in patients with assisted reproductive technology.Adnexal torsion during pregnancy not only has the risk of ovarian necrosis,but also may lead to miscarriage,premature delivery and other adverse outcomes.This article systematically reviews the occurrence,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of adnexal torsion during pregnancy,focusing on the timing,route and mode of operation.
