摘要
低温是影响植物生长、发育和作物产量及品质的重要因素之一。植物适应低温是一系列复杂的过程,从低温信号的感知到作出相应的生理生化反应,涉及众多基因、转录因子及多种信号途径。该研究综述植物响应低温胁迫的防御反应及信号转导机制,阐明植物在进化过程中形成的一系列复杂的生理和分子适应机制最新进展,旨在为植物抗寒耐冷的机理研究提供新的认识。
Low temperature is one of the main factors limiting crop production by affecting plant growth and development.Plants adapt to low temperature is a complex process that initialed by low temperature sensing,and then altered the physiological and biochemical metabolism.The processes referred to several genes,transcript factors and signal pathways.The present study summarized the defense responses and signal transduction mechanisms of plants adaptation to low temperature stress.A series of complex physiological and molecular adaptation mechanisms which developed during plant evolution were also reviewed.This brief review provided a novel understanding of the mechanism of plants resistance to low temperature.
