摘要
以专利大数据分析为基础,结合产业发展研究,系统梳理了国内外城市地下空间领域专利申请趋势、主要应用场景专利布局情况、国际专利分类表IPC中各技术领域专利分布、国外主要国家和我国主要城市专利申请状况。从分析结果看,中国已经成为引领地下空间领域发展的重要力量;轨道交通是推动城市地下空间发展的重要因素;中国专利数量多,但质量需进一步提升;国内外专利布局技术领域相似度高,中国在地下停车和综合管廊领域具有优势,国外在污水处理和智能化技术方面具有优势;城市地下空间的智能化、综合化、绿色化发展已成为国内外共识和未来方向。
Based on the analysis of patent big data,combined with the research on the development of the industry,the article systematically sorts out the application trend,distribution of main application scenarios,IPC technical field distribution,major foreign countries and chinese major cities distribution of patent applications in the field of urban underground space at home and abroad.From the analysis results,China has become an important force leading the development of underground space technology;rail transit is an important factor in promoting the development of urban underground space;China has a large number of patents,but the quality needs to be further improved;the technical field layout of patents at home and abroad is highly similar.China has advantages in the field of underground parking and integrated pipe corridors.Foreign countries has advantages in sewage treatment and intelligent technology;the intelligent,integrated,and green development of urban underground space has become a consensus and future direction at home and abroad.
