南京市地下商业空间布局特征及影响因素分析

摘要 随着地下商业空间开发总量的迅速增长,地下商业对城市商业空间结构产生的影响日益突出。本文基于大众点评数据,采用核密度估计、多距离空间聚类和地理探测器等分析方法,参照地上商业的空间分布,探讨了南京市地下商业的空间布局特征及影响因素。结果表明:(1)地下商业呈现多中心的空间分布格局,集聚强度远高于地上商业,但集聚中心的空间扩散力较弱;(2)商业中心区和轨交站域成为地下商业的主要空间载体,位于商业中心的轨交站点及其周边地区的地下商业分布密度较高;(3)传统城市空间仅能部分解释地下商业的空间分布,地下商业的空间分异机制有待进一步研究。 The development and utilization of underground commercial space can help improve the efficiency of urban space use and promote the improvement of urban residents'consumption level.With the rapid growth of the total amount of underground commercial space development,the impact of underground commerce on the urban commercial space structure has become increasingly prominent.Based on network data,this paper uses kernel density estimation,multi-distance spatial clustering and geographical detector and other analysis methods,with reference to the spatial distribution of above-ground commerce,and discusses the spatial layout characteristics and influencing factors of underground commerce in Nanjing.The results show:(1)Underground commerce presents a multi-center spatial distribution pattern,and the agglomeration intensity is much higher than that of aboveground commerce,but the spatial diffusion power of the agglomeration center is weak;(2)The commercial center area and the rail transit station area have become the main space carriers of underground commerce,and the underground commercial distribution density in the rail transit station and its surrounding areas in the commercial center is relatively high;(3)Traditional urban space can only partially explain the spatial distribution of underground commerce,and the spatial differentiation mechanism of underground commerce needs to be further studied.
