科技竞赛视角下图情档学科创新人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Innovative Talents in Library,Information and Archives Management from the Perspective of Science and Technology Competition

从作品来源、类型、成果和参赛院校等方面分析“挑战杯”全国大学生系列科技学术竞赛、“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛和“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛三大竞赛中的“图书情报与档案管理”学科的相关项目,跳出图情档学科的视角局限,通过对比图情档学科教学质量国家标准与科技竞赛的相关要求,折射出学科的人才培养问题,从完善图情档课程体系、提高竞赛项目竞争力、加强社会实践教育、推动产学研协调发展、提高教育投入力度和教育质量等方面提出相关建议,以期助力提高图情档学生的创新能力、提升人才培养质量,为图情档事业持续输出优秀创新人才。

This paper analyzes the national library,information and archives management projects in the three major competitions of the"Challenge Cup"National Undergraduate Series Science and Technology Academic Competition,the"Challenge Cup"Chinese College Students Entrepreneurship Plan Competition and the"Internet+"Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition from the aspects of the source,type,achievement and participating institutions of the works,and jumps out of the perspective limitation of library,information and archives discipline.By comparing the teaching quality standards of library,information and archives discipline with the related requirements of science and technology competition,it reflects the talent cultivation of the discipline.This paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the aspects of improving the curriculum system of library,information and archives,improving the competitiveness of competition projects,strengthening social practice education,promoting the coordinated development of Industry-University-Research,and improving the investment and quality of education,which is helpful to improve the innovation ability of library,information and archives students and improve the quality of talent training and continuously output excellent innovative talents for the cause of library,information and archives.
