协同视域下的中华民族共同体专题档案库开发与利用

Development and Utilization of Chinese Nation Community Thematic Archives from the Perspective of Collaboration

近年来,随着学术研究的深入推进,档案已然发展成为学术研究的重要文献参考资源,档案开发与管理工作特别是专题档案库的开发与利用显得愈发重要。民族地区档案开发和利用是我国档案管理机构对接国家重大战略需求,助力国家民族团结进步事业的宏伟举措。文章基于协同理论视角,在剖析中华民族共同体专题档案库内涵的基础之上初步阐明了协同视域下中华民族共同体专题档案资源库的意义,并从建立档案开发的多主体协同参与机制,构建“民族档案”和“共同体档案”交融机制,健全民族档案开发的法律保护机制等方面提出策略路径,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。

In recent years, with the deepening of academic research, archives have developed into an important reference resource for academic research, which is increasingly important for the development and management of archives, especially the development and utilization of thematic archives.The development and use of ethnic regional archives is a major strategic need for the country’ s archives management organization, and it is a grand measure to help the country’ s ethnic unity and progress.Based on the perspective of synergy theory, and on the basis of analyzing the connotation of the thematic archive database of the Chinese nation community, this paper preliminarily expounds the significance of the thematic archive resource database of the Chinese nation Community from the perspective of synergy, and constructs the integration mechanism from the construction of "ethnic archives" and "community archives", and establishes the multiple collaborative partici pation mechanism of archives development. To improve the legal protection mechanism of ethnic archives development and other strategies are put forward in the hope of providing reference for subsequent research.
