日本国立公文书馆档案展览的实践与启示

档案展览是档案资源开发利用的有效手段之一,能够实现档案资源对国家和社会的价值,助力档案事业高质量发展,赋能国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。日本国立公文书馆非常重视档案展览在服务国家发展和国民生活中的作用,在50余年的工作实践中形成了较为成熟的事业理念、展览类型以及颇具特色的操作运营方法。研究和分析日本国立公文书馆展览工作的实践与经验,对我国各级各类档案馆从明确自身使命、档案资源建设、展览选题、内容策划、宣传推广以及展览交流合作等方面提升档案展览赋能国家治理和服务社会民生的能力具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。

Archival exhibition is an important and effective means for the development and utilization of archival resources. It can realize the value of archival resources to the country and society, help the high-quality development of archives, and enable the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. The National Archives of Japan attaches great importance to the role of archival exhibition in serving national development and people’ s life. In its exhibition practice of more than 50 years, the National Archives of Japan has formed some relatively mature concept, exhibition types, as well as distinctive operation methods. The study and analysis of its exhibition practice and experience has some important enlightenment and reference significance for China’ s archives at all levels to improve the ability of archival exhibition enabling national governance and social livelihood from the aspects of clarifying their own mission, archival resource construction, exhibition theme selection, content planning, publicity and promotion, as well as exhibition exchange and cooperation.
