皮鞋质量评价指标及测试方法

Evaluation index and test method for the quality of leather shoes

制鞋业生产工艺技术及材料技术的发展对皮鞋产品的质量产生很大的影响。根据QB/T 1002—2015《皮鞋》要求,对流通领域皮鞋进行质量监督抽查。结果发现,成鞋耐折性能、帮底剥离强度、钢勾心纵向刚度、钢勾心下限值、鞋跟结合力、衬里和内垫耐摩擦色牢度、可分解有害芳香胺染料和标识等多项指标是皮鞋产品质量不合格的主要项目。为了降低企业生产成本,皮鞋生产企业依据QB/T 1002—2015进行产品质量控制时,也要关注相关指标测试方法的更新或替代,避免因标准测试方法的误用产生不必要的损失。

The development of production technology and material technology in footwear industry has a great impact on the quality of leather shoes.According to the requirements of QB/T 1002—2015 Leather shoes,the quality supervision and random inspection on leather shoes in the circulation field were conducted.The results showed that the indexes such as folding resistance,peeling strength of top sole,longitudinal stiffness of steel hook core,lower limit of steel hook core,heel binding force,color fastness of lining and inner pad to friction,decomposition of harmful aromatic amine dye and marks were the main unqualified items of leather shoes.In order to reduce the production cost of enterprises,leather shoes manufacturers should pay attention to the update or replacement of relevant index test methods when carrying out product quality control according to QB/T 1002—2015,so as to avoid unnecessary losses caused by misuse of standard test methods.
