鼠类可视化实时监测系统在口岸的初步应用 被引量:1

Preliminary application of the visual real-time monitoring system for rodents at ports

摘要 目的 初步探讨口岸鼠类可视化实时监测系统的可行性及有效性,为今后鼠类的精准监测提供科学依据。方法2021年12月—2022年3月,在某口岸客运码头的客运大楼、绿化带、码头前沿以及某村庄的居民区、公园及野外自然环境,同时使用鼠类可视化实时监测系统的终端设备、鼠笼和鼠夹各开展1次鼠类监测,连续3 d,用SPSS 22.0软件分析数据。结果 监测3 d中,可视化实时监测系统共检获鼠类5种19只,以臭鼩鼱为优势种,42.11%;鼠笼法共检获3种12只,以黄胸鼠为优势种,占75.00%;夹夜法共检获4种7只,以黄胸鼠为优势种,占42.86%。可视化实时监测系统的鼠密度为4.66%,鼠笼法为2.86%,夹夜法为1.17%。可视化实时监测系统的告警符合率达99.03%,Kappa值为0.890。结论 鼠类可视化实时监测系统可用于常见鼠类的监测,具有较好的捕获效率和告警能力。 Objectivee To preliminarily explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the visual real-time monitoring system for rodents at ports,to provide a scientific basis for the accurate monitoring of rodents in the future.Methods From December 2021 to March 2022,the visual real-time monitoring system terminal equipment,mouse cages and traps were used to carry out mouse surveillance for three consecutive days in passenger terminal,greenbelt,dock front of a passenger port,and residential area,park,wild environment of a village.SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis.Results In 3 days of rodent surveillance,19 rodents belonging to 5 species were collected,the dominant species was Suncus murinus(42.11%)by the visual real-time monitoring system.12 rodents belonging to 3 species were collected and the dominant species was Rattus tanezumi(75.00%)by the mouse cages.7 rodents belonging to 4 species were collected and the dominant species was Rattus tanezumi(42.86%)by the night-traps.The rodent density of the three methods were 4.66%,2.86% and 1.17%.The alarm compliance rate was 99.03%and the Kappa value was 0.890.Conclusion The visual real-time monitoring system for rodents at ports could be applied for the surveillance of common rodents,with better capture efficiency and early warning ability.
