摘要
目的 了解佳木斯大学教师对新冠疫苗的认知及接种意愿,为提高大学教师的新冠疫苗接种率提供理论支持。方法 2021年4月19-24日,采用随机抽样法对佳木斯大学1 858名教师进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括个人基本信息、对新冠疫苗的认知和态度。采用卡方检验进行差异性分析,多因素逐步Logistic回归模型分析影响疫苗接种意愿的因素。结果 在1 858名教师中,男性占46.4%,女性占53.6%,中共党员占63.5%,健康人群占78.8%。分析结果显示,教师对新冠疫苗认知得分为(16.94±0.78)分,其中高认知组占46.1%。新冠疫苗高认知组更倾向于医学专业、中共党员、从事行政工作、博士学历的教师;男性、中共党员、行政岗位、健康人群、高认知组的教师更愿意接种新冠疫苗。结论 佳木斯大学教师对新冠疫苗认知情况较好,对新冠疫苗接种意愿较强。
Objective To understand university teachers'cognition and willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccine in Jiamusi University,and to provide theoretical support for improving teachers'willingness to receive COVID-19 vaccine.Methods From April 19 to April 24,2021,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1858 teachers in Jiamusi University by random sampling,including their basic personal information,cognition and attitude towards COVID-19 vaccine.2 test is adopted to improve the diversity analysis,this paper discusses characteristics of different groups of cognitive situation and COVID-19 vaccine immunization.Results Among the 1,858 teachers,46.4%of which were male,53.6% were female,63.5% were members of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and 78.8% were healthy people.The analysis results showed that the teachers'cognition score of COVID-19 vaccine was 16.94±0.78 points,among which the high cognition group accounted for 46.1%.The high awareness group of COVID-19 vaccine was more likely to be medical professionals,CPC members,administrative staffs,doctoral degree teachers.Male,CPC members,administrative staffs,healthy people and teachers in the high cognition group were more willing to vaccinate against COVID-19,P<0.05.Conclusion Teachers in Jiamusi University have a good understanding of COVID-19 vaccine and a strong willingness to vaccinate against COVID-19.
