传染病专业研究生德育教育存在问题及解决措施 被引量:1

Problems in moral education for postgraduates majoring in infectious diseases and the countermeasures

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情常态化背景下,医学院校需要解决医学生因疫情而暂停的实验、轮转等学业问题,保证培养质量还需持续推进医学生德育教育工作。本文分析了传染病专业研究生在疫情下德育教育存在的重视程度不够、教育形式单一、受网络负面信息影响等问题,提出建立“一体两翼三支撑”的德育教育模式,提供行之有效的院感防控培训,构建医院德育教育阵地等5项解决措施,为提升传染病专业研究生德育教育质量提供借鉴。 In the context of the reqular magement of COVID-19 epidemic,medical colleges or universities need to solve the academic problems of medical students'experiments and clinical speciality training in turns suspended due to the epidemic,and to ensure the quality of training,as well as to continuously promote the moral education of medical students.This paper analyzed the problems of insufficient attention to moral education,single form of education,and the influence of negative information on the Internet,and proposed to establish a moral education model of"one body,two wings,and three supports"to provide effective training on hospital infection prevention and control.In order to provide reference for improving the quality of moral education of graduate students majoring in infectious diseases,five measures were taken to solve the problem.
