基于假体的乳腺癌术后I期乳房重建术应用进展

Progess in 1-stage prosthetic breast reconstruction with implants after mastectomy

目的从乳房假体的类型、重建术的时机、术后并发症及影响因素、满意度等方面探讨近年来乳腺癌术后Ⅰ期假体植入乳房重建的临床应用价值。方法查阅近年来的国内外文献,进行全面综合、整理和归纳。结果乳腺癌术后Ⅰ期假体植入乳房重建,具有手术操作技术简单、易推广、术后恢复快、创伤小、并发症少等优点,近年来在国内外得到广泛的应用。结论乳腺癌术后Ⅰ期假体植入乳房重建术,具有诸多优点,但也要看到其缺点,临床医生不要盲目行乳房重建。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of 1-stage prosthetic breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery,we analyze recent studies from the types of breast prosthesis,the timing of reconstruction,postoperative complications,influencing factors and satisfaction.Methods Reading domestic and international documents in recent years,we concluded a comprehensive integrated about them.Results 1-stage prosthetic breast reconstruction may be the procedure of choice in some patients undergoing mastectomy.Advantages include the potential for the entire reconstructive process to be complete in one surgery,the quick return to normal activities,and lack of donor site morbidity.Conelusion There are many advantages in breast reconstruction with silicone prosthesis,but it is necessary to see its disadvantages,which clinicians should not blindly carry out.
