NSCLC患者疾病获益感现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of disease benefit status and related influencing factors in NSCLC patients

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)疾病获益感的影响因素。方法选取2021年1月-2022年1月江西省肿瘤医院收治的83例NSCLC患者,评估所有患者的疾病获益感情况[疾病获益感量表(BFS)评分],设计基线资料调查表,详细统计所有患者的基线资料,比较不同资料特征NSCLC患者的BFS评分,分析NSCLC患者疾病获益感的影响因素。结果经评估,83例NSCLC患者的BFS评分为(68.42±7.79)分;不同受教育程度、社会支持、自我效能及家庭人均月收入NSCLC患者的BFS评分比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05),其他不同资料特征NSCLC患者的BFS评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);经多元线性回归分析,结果显示,受教育程度低、自我效能低、社会支持低下及家庭人均月收入低均是NSCLC患者疾病获益感水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论NSCLC患者存在中低水平的疾病获益感,受教育程度低、自我效能低、社会支持低下及家庭人均月收入低均是NSCLC患者疾病获益感水平的影响因素。

Objective To explore the factors influencing the perception of disease benefit in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 83 NSCLC patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected to evaluate the perceived benefit of the disease[BFS score]of all patients.The baseline data questionnaire was designed to make detailed statistics on the baseline data of all patients,and the BFS score of NSCLC patients with different data characteristics was compared.To analyze the factors influencing the perception of disease benefit in NSCLC patients.Results The BFS score of 83 NSCLC patients was(68.42±7.79)points.There were statistical differences in the BFS scores of NSCLC patients with different education levels,social support,self-efficacy and family monthly per capita income(P<0.05),while there were no statistical differences in the BFS scores of NSCLC patients with other data characteristics(P>0.05).Through multiple linear regression analysis,the results showed that low education level,low self-efficacy,low social support and low monthly family per capita income were all factors influencing the perceived benefit level of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conelusion Patients with NSCLC have moderate to low level of perceived benefit from disease.Low education level,low self-efficacy,low social support and low monthly family income are all factors influencing the perceived benefit level of patients with NSCLC.
