表面肌电图、视频脑电图联合心电图诊断小儿癫痫运动性发作临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Surface EMG,Video EEG and ECG in the Diagnosis of Epileptic Motor Seizures in Children

目的探索针对癫痫运动性发作患儿实施表面肌电图、视频脑电图联合心电图诊断的方法及其价值。方法将天津市北辰医院收治的疑似运动性发作癫痫患儿70例作为研究对象,实施表面肌电图、视频脑电图联合心电图诊断。结果研究中40例患儿确诊为癫痫。单纯视频脑电图诊断准确率为90.00%,视频脑电图与表面肌电图、心电图联合检测诊断准确率为100.00%。运动性发作和肌电图、心电图检测同步。四种不同运动性发作类型患儿的表面肌电图以及心电图时程均<10s,组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论针对癫痫运动性发作患儿实施表面肌电图、视频脑电图联合心电图诊断,有助于早期确诊,并可以有效区分疾病类型,对于及早治疗具有重要意义,值得推广应用。

Objective The paper explored the clinical value of surface electromyography(EMG),video electroencephalography(EEG)and electrocardiogram(ECG)in the diagnosis of epileptic motor seizures in children.Methods 70 children with suspected motor seizure epilepsy admitted to our hospital were diagnosed by surface EMG,video EEG and ECG.Results 40 cases were diagnosed as epilepsy,the diagnostic accuracy of video EEG was 90.00%,and the diagnostic accuracy of video EEG combined with surface EMG and ECG was 100.00%.Exercise seizures were detected simultaneously with EMG and ECG.The duration of surface EMG and ECG of children with four types of motor seizures were less than 10s,and there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conelusion For children with epileptic motor seizures,surface EMG,video EEG and ECG are helpful for early diagnosis,which can effectively distinguish disease.It is of great significance for early treatment and should be widely used.
