中小剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗高血压的指标观察

Observation on the indicators of small and medium doses of Sacubitril and Valsartan combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of hypertension

目的研究中小剂量的沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合美托洛尔对高血压患者的血压及部分血液指标的影响。方法选取2019年12月1日-2021年11月31日期间在四川省广元市中心医院住院治疗的诊断为高血压的患者进行回顾性分析,将使用了沙库巴曲缬沙坦和美托洛尔治疗的50例患者分为观察组,将使用了缬沙坦和美托洛尔治疗的50例患者分为对照组,观察两组治疗后的舒张压、收缩压、血红蛋白、红细胞比容、血钾、肌酐、尿素等指标。结果观察组收缩压低于对照组,血红蛋白、红细胞比容的结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),舒张压、血钾、肌酐、尿素的结果,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦、美托洛尔联合用于治疗高血压对降低收缩压的效果佳,对舒张压的影响不明显,不会升高血钾、肌酐、尿素,对血红蛋白、红细胞比容的不良影响小。

Objective Research of small and medium doses of Sacubitril and Valsartan combined with Metoprolol on the influence of the blood pressure of hypertension patients and other indicators.Methods Review on December 1,2019 to November 31,2021 in our hospital during the hospitalization of patients diagnosed with hypertension.Using Sacubitril and Valsartan 50 patients were divided into observation group,use of Valsartan 50 cases were divided into control group.Two groups of combination with Metoprolol.The results of DBP,SBP,HGB,HCT,K,Cr and Urea were observed after treatment.Results Observation group after treatment of SBP is lower than the control groupd,HGB and HCT is higher than the control group.With statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in DBP,K,Cr and Urea between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conelusion The combined treatment of Sacubitril and Valsartan and Metoprolol for hypertension has a good effect on reducing SBP,but has no obvious effect on DBP,does not increase K,Cr and Urea,and has little adverse effect on HGB and HCT.
