新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化期间基于SMART原则提升门诊药房药学服务质量的实践

The practice of improving the quality of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies based on SMART principles during the normalize epidemic prevention of the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)

摘要 目的探讨在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控常态化期间基于SMART原则提升门诊药房药学服务质量的实践。方法运用SMART原则的管理方法,设定门诊药房明确的、可衡量的、可达成的、相关的、带有时限性的管理目标,不断完善门诊药房管理相关制度及药学服务措施。结果与管理前比较,管理后患者平均取药次数、取药等待时间、漏取药处方数、取药满意率、药师发药差错数均有一定程度优化。结论新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化期间基于SMART原则提升门诊药房药学服务质量的实践切实有效,在同类医院中可推广。 Objective To discuss the practice of improving the quality of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies based on the SMART principle during the normalize epidemic prevention of the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Using the management method of SMART principles,setting definite,measurable,compassable,related and time-bound management target,continuously improve the relevant systems and pharmacy services measures of outpatient pharmacy.Results Compared with before management,the average times of patients get drugs,the waiting time for drug collection,the missed prescriptions,the patient satisfaction rate,and the errors of pharmacist dispensing were all optimized.Conelusion During the normalize epidemic prevention of the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),the practice of improving the quality of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies based on the SMART principle is practical and effective,it can be promoted for similar hospitals.
