非酮症性高血糖高渗性糖尿病昏迷急救护理效果的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the effect of first aid nursing on nonketotic hyperglycemia hyperosmolar diabetic coma

目的分析对于非酮症性高血糖高渗性糖尿病昏迷(Non-ketotic hyperglycemia hyperosmolar diabetic coma,NHHDC)患者应用一体化急救护理所发挥的效果。方法此研究随机于2021年1月-12月之间在天津市北辰医院接受急救的NHHDC患者中选取50例作为实验对象,根据患者入院先后顺序的不同实现患者的分组,其中先入院的25例患者为参照组,给予常规急救护理,后入院的25例患者为研究组,给予一体化急救护理。结果与参照组患者相比,研究组患者治愈率更高,死亡率相对较低,P<0.05。研究组与参照组患者急救护理满意度对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于NHHDC患者来说,做好急救与护理工作是至关重要的,其中一体化急救护理的应用获得了显著的效果,有助于患者病情的控制,获得了更高的治愈率与急救护理满意度,值得予以进一步临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency care on patients with Non-ketotic hyperglycemia hyperosmolar diabetic cocoma(NHHDC).Methods Fifty patients with NHHDC who received first aid in our hospital between January and December 2021 were randomly selected for this study.The patients were grouped according to the order of admission,among them,the first 25 patients in the control group were given routine emergency care,and the second 25 patients in the study group were given integrated emergency care.Results Compared with the control group,the cure rate was higher and the mortality was lower in the study group(P<0.05).The comparison between the study group and the control group showed that the satisfaction degree of patients with emergency care was P<0.05.Conelusion It is very important for the patients with NHHDC to do first aid and nursing well,and the application of integrated first aid nursing has achieved remarkable effect,which is helpful to the control of patients'condition,the higher cure rate and the satisfaction degree of first aid nursing are obtained,which is worth to be further popularized in clinical practice.
