达芬奇机器人前列腺手术病人的术后综合护理措施分析

Analysis of postoperative comprehensive nursing measures for patients with da Vinci robotic prostate surgery

目的探讨术后综合护理措施对达芬奇机器人前列腺手术病人的临床价值。方法选取2019年1月-2021年5月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院达芬奇机器人前列腺手术病人102例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分组,分为对照组、研究组,每组均为51例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取术后综合护理,对两组所得不同护理结局对比分析。结果两组护理前负性情绪评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组负性情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理前凝血功能水平对比,无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组凝血功能水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理前应激反应指标对比无明显差异(P>0.05);护理后研究组应激反应指标低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率5.88%(3/51),低于对照组术后并发症发生率21.57%(11/51)(P<0.05)。结论对达芬奇机器人前列腺手术病人采取术后综合护理措施,可以改善其负性情绪程度,调节患者术后凝血功能、应激指标,减少出现并发症可能,临床价值明确。

Objective To explore the clinical value of postoperative comprehensive nursing measures for patients with da Vinci robotic prostate surgery.Methods From January 2019 to May 2021,102 patients with da Vinci robotic prostate surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each.Routine nursing,the research group took comprehensive postoperative nursing,and the different nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference between the negative emotion scores of the two groups before care(P>0.05);the negative emotion scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after care(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the coagulation levels of the two groups before care(P>0.05);the coagulation levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group after care(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the stress reaction indexes of the two groups before care(P>0.05);after care,the stress reaction index in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 5.88%(3/51)lower than that in the control group,2157%(11/51)(P<0.05).Conelusion For patients undergoing da Vinci robotic prostate surgery,comprehensive postoperative nursing measures are taken to improve the level of negative emotions,regulate postoperative coagulation function and stress indicators,and reduce the possibility of complications.The clinical value is clear.
