血塞通对偏头痛患者偏头痛发作情况及血流动力学的影响

Effect of Xuesaitong on migraine attack and hemodynamics in migraine patients

目的观察血塞通对偏头痛患者偏头痛发作情况及血流动力学的影响。方法依据随机数字表法将2020年1月-2021年12月期间于赣州市人民医院就诊的偏头痛患者84例分为两组,每组各42例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予血塞通治疗,两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前及治疗后偏头疼发作频率、血流动力学改善情况及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组治疗总有效率比较,观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组偏头痛发作频率低于对照组,发作持续时间短于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组VA、ACA、BA、PCA平均血流速度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞通治疗偏头痛患者效果显著,可改善患者血流动力学及偏头痛发作情况。

Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong on migraine attack and hemodynamics in migraine patients.Methods According to the method of random number table,84 patients with migraine who were hospitalized from January 2020 to December 2021 were divided into two groups,42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Xuesaitong on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,migraine attack before and after treatment,hemodynamic improvement and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the frequency of migraine attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the duration of migraine attack was shorter than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the mean blood flow velocity of VA,ACA,BA and PCA in the two groups were lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conelusion Xuesaitong has a significant effect on migraine patients,and can improve hemodynamics and migraine attack.
