围产期个性化助产门诊干预对自然分娩率和分娩满意度的影响研究

Study on the influence of perinatal personalized midwifery outpatient intervention on natural delivery rate and delivery satisfaction

目的 探讨围产期个性化助产门诊对提高自然分娩率及孕产妇满意度的效果。方法 选取在上海市松江区妇幼保健院产科2020年10月至2021年6月建卡的230例接受个性化助产门诊干预的孕妇作为研究组,同时在未接受个性化助产门诊干预的孕妇中随机选择230例孕妇作为对照组。采集孕产妇基本信息和妊娠结局,比较两组产妇分娩结局及对医院满意度。结果 研究组初产妇自然分娩157例(77.72%),经产妇23例(82.14%),对照组初产妇自然分娩133例(70.74%),经产妇28例(66.67%),两组自然分娩率的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。自然分娩产妇中,研究组初产妇118例(75.16%),经产妇12例(52.17%),高于对照组初产妇84例(63.16%),经产妇10例(35.17%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组初产妇满意182例(90.10%),经产妇满意23例(82.14%),对照组初产妇满意128例(68.09%),经产妇满意26例(61.90%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 围产期个性化助产门诊可提高自然分娩率,提升对分娩正确认知,提高产妇及家属对医院的满意度,为助产士门诊项目形成更规范、系统的实践模式提供参考,提升生育服务质量。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized midwifery clinics on improving natural delivery rates and maternal satisfaction.Methods A total of 230 pregnant women who received personalized midwifery outpatient intervention were randomly selected as the study group from the department of obstetrics,maternal and child health hospital of Songjiang district in Shanghai from October 2020 to June 2021,and 230 pregnant women who did not receive personalized midwifery outpatient intervention were randomly selected as the control group.The basic information and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women were collected,and the outcomes of childbirth and satisfaction with the hospital were compared between the two groups.Results There were 157 primiparas(77.72%)and 23 multiparas(82.14%)delivered naturally in the study group,while 133 primiparas(70.74%)and 28 multiparas(66.67%)delivered naturally in the control group.There was a significant difference in the natural delivery rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the women who delivered naturally,118 primiparas(75.16%)and 12 multiparas(52.17%)in the study group delivered naturally were higher than those in the control group 84 primiparas(63.16%)and 10 multiparas(35.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,there were 182 primiparas(90.10%)and 23 multiparas(82.14%)were satisfied,while 128 primiparas(68.09%)and 26 multiparas(61.90%)were satisfied in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The perinatal personalized midwifery clinic can improve the natural delivery rate,improve the correct perception of delivery,and improve the satisfaction of pregnant women and their families to the hospital.So as to provide reference for the formation of a more standardized and systematic practice model for midwifery clinic s and improve the quality of fertility services.
