吡咯喹啉醌生理作用及其在慢性疾病治疗中的潜在价值 被引量:3

Physiological effects of pyrroloquinoline quinone and its potential value in the treatment of chronic diseases

摘要 吡咯喹啉醌(pyrroloquinoline quinone,PQQ)是一种由微生物合成、广泛分布于生物体内的微量物质。食物中PQQ的含量为0.19~7.2 ng/g,人体内的含量比食物中的含量低5~10倍。PQQ在哺乳动物体内发挥抗炎、抗氧化、促进线粒体生成和细胞增殖、影响生殖与生长发育、改善大脑功能以及调节代谢性疾病等多种健康作用。2022年3月中国国家卫生健康委员会发布公告批准PQQ作为新食品原料,因此PQQ具有广阔的医药健康应用前景。该文对PQQ的分布与疾病治疗的潜在作用、生理作用以及安全性进行回顾,综述PQQ抗氧化、抗炎、促进线粒体生成、促生长及改善认知等作用与其在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus)、肌肉萎缩(muscle atrophy)和骨质疏松(osteoporosis)等疾病治疗中的潜在价值,以期为PQQ的应用及研究提供参考。 Pyrroloquinoline quinone(PQQ)is a kind of micro substance synthesized by microorganisms,widely distributed in organisms.The content of PQQ in food is 0.19-7.2 ng/g,while the content in human body is 5-10 times lower than that in food.PQQ plays a variety of physiological roles in mammals,such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.PQQ can stimulate mitochondrial generation and cell proliferation,affect reproduction and growth,improve brain function and regulate metabolic diseases.PQQ has a very broad medical and health application prospect,and it was issued as a new food raw material by China National Health Commission in March 2022.This article reviewed the natural distribution,potential role in disease treatment,physiological function and safety of PQQ,and summarized the effects of PQQ on antioxidation,anti-inflammation,stimulating mitochondrial generation,promoting growth and improving cognition,as well as its potential value in the treatment of diabetes,muscular dystrophy and osteoporosis,in order to provide reference for the application and research of PQQ.
