摘要 针对城市人地系统紊乱、“三生”空间失衡、生态环境恶化等突出难题,文章借助DNA双螺旋模型,构建人类活动和区域空间螺旋交互耦合框架,通过理论类比揭示城镇人类活动与区域空间的格局和过程耦合机理,为人地关系研究提供新的视角和分析思路。结果表明:①人类活动与区域空间结构的合理配置支撑城镇人地系统运行,与DNA碱基互补配对决定生物的繁殖、遗传和变异具有较高相似性。②城镇发展过程中的人口变化、经济发展、资源利用与环境扰动等人类活动要素分别与生产空间、生活空间和生态空间等空间要素耦合,要素之间通过具有氢键作用的人流、物流、信息流、资金流等数据流连接。③城镇发展过程出现城市病的根本原因是人类活动要素与区域空间要素的不合理配置,类似“基因突变”。城镇化初期表现为要素缺失,城镇化中期表现为要素错配,城镇化中后期人地耦合从局地耦合向远程耦合转变,要素耦合逐渐协调。④新时代人地耦合研究可以借助大数据、机器学习等技术方法从内部要素耦合和系统交互耦合两方面开展定量测算。 In light of issues such as the disorder of urban human-earth systems,the imbalanced distribution of"production-living-ecological"spaces,and the degradation of ecological environments,this paper proposes a novel approach that utilizes the DNA double helix model to construct a spiral interactive coupling framework between human activities and regional spaces.Through theoretical analogies,the paper reveals the coupling mechanisms and processes between urban human activities and regional spaces,providing a fresh perspective and analytical thinking for the study of human-earth relationships.The results indicate that rational allocation of human activities and regional spatial structure supports the operation of the urban human-earth system,similar to the complementary pairing of DNA bases that determines the reproduction,inheritance,and variation of organisms.During urban development,human activity elements such as changes in population,economic development,resource utilization,and environmental disturbances are coupled with spatial elements such as production space,living space,and ecological space,respectively.These elements are connected through data flows such as human flow,logistics,information flow,and capital flow with hydrogen bonds.The root cause of urban disease during urban development lies in the unreasonable allocation of human activity elements and regional spatial elements,which is similar to"gene mutation"The initial stage of urbanization is characterized by the lack of factors,the middle stage of urbanization is characterized by the mismatch of factors,and the human-earth coupling changes from local coupling to remote coupling in the middle and late stages of urbanization.The factor coupling gradually becomes more coordinated.In the new era,research on human-earth coupling can be quantitatively measured using big data,machine learning,and other technical methods,from the two aspects of internal factorcoupling and system interaction coupling.
