红医精神与医学生志愿者精神培育融合研究

Research on the Integration of the Red Doctor′s Spirit and the Professional Spirit Cultivation of Medical Student Volunteers

目的分析在红医精神的引领下,继续培育“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的新一代医学生志愿者的作用及意义。方法以某三甲医院医学生志愿者为研究对象,整群随机抽样志愿者服务站点的1120名志愿者并发放问卷进行调查,回收有效问卷1081份,有效回收率96.52%。结果95%的学生认为学校课程规划很好,88.99%的学生认为教师人文素养非常重要,66.98%的医学生心理素质较好。82.98%的医学生支持医院行风教育,74.01%的医学生支持志愿者行为奖惩,92.04%的医学生对志愿者服务规范熟悉。结论充分发挥红医精神的时代价值,培育医学生志愿者精神,对于加强为患者服务,提升医院满意度具有重要的实践价值。

Objective To analyze the role and significance of continuing cultivate the new generation of medical student volunteers as"dedication,friendship,mutual aid and progress"under the guidance of red doctor′s spirit.Methods Medical student volunteers from a class A tertiary hospital were selected as the research objects.A total of 1120 volunteers from volunteer service stations were selected by cluster random sampling method and investigated by questionnaire survey,among which,1081 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 96.52%.Results 95%of the students thought that the curriculum planning was very good,88.99%of the students thought that the humanistic quality of teachers was very important and 66.98%of the students had good psychological quality.82.98%medical students supported the education of professional ethos of the hospital,74.01%medical students supported reward and punishment for volunteer behavior and 92.04%medical students were familiar with volunteer service standards.Conclusion Giving full play to the certain value of the red doctor′s spirit and cultivating the volunteer′s spirit of medical students have important practical value for strengthening the service for patients and improving the satisfaction of the hospital.
