单相浸没式液冷BBU机柜的优化和模拟分析

摘要 针对在用项目的单相浸没式液冷室内基带处理单元(Building Baseband Unit,BBU)机柜,为了提升其热可靠性,降低电源使用效率(Power Usage Effectiveness,PUE),进行了测试和数值模拟研究。通过冷却液和空气2种不同媒介在BBU内部的流场和温度场分析,发现基于空气为冷却介质进行热设计的翅片散热器,在液冷设备里并不适用;基于某国产冷却液实际特性的BBU设备的仿真,提出了去除原翅片散热器来优化BBU内部流道和设置不同盲板优化方案,以确保冷液进入机柜后,将冷却液的动量和流量,优先给予高发热元件,增强换热。 To improve the thermal reliability and reduce Power Usage Effectiveness(PUE)of the single-phase immersion liquid cooling Building Baseband Unit(BBU)tank in a in-service project,test and numerical simulation research are performed and presented in this paper.Through the analysis of the flow field and temperature field of coolant and air in the BBU,it is found that the fin radiator based on air,as the cooling medium for thermal design,is not suitable for liquid cooling equipment.Based on the simulation of the BBU equipment with the actual characteristics of a domestic coolant,this paper proposes a scheme to remove the original fin radiator and install different blind plates to optimize the internal flow channel of the BBU,so as to ensure that after the coolant enters the ank,the momentum and flow of the coolant will be given priority to the high heating elements,and the rationalization proposal to enhance heat transfer.
