炙甘草汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的评价炙甘草汤联合常规西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据、重庆维普、中国生物医学文献数据库等7个数据库,收集2015年1月至2022年5月常规西药联合炙甘草汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的随机对照试验。采用RevMan5.3软件和STAT16软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入8篇文献,累计收集688例患者,所纳入的文献质量偏低。Meta分析结果显示,常规西药联合炙甘草汤治疗在提高冠心病心绞痛患者的临床总有效率(RR=1.26,95%CI:1.17~1.36,P<0.00001)、改善三酰甘油(MD=–1.32,95%CI:–1.50~–1.14,P<0.00001)、总胆固醇(MD=–0.37,95%CI:–0.44~–0.29,P<0.00001)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(MD=–0.94,95%CI:–1.11~–0.77,P<0.00001)、全血黏度低切(MD=–1.22,95%CI:–1.84~–0.59,P=0.0001)、全血黏度高切(MD=–2.40,95%CI:–2.57~–2.24,P<0.00001)、血浆黏度(MD=–0.17,95%CI:–0.24~–0.10,P<0.00001)、心电图(RR=1.30,95%CI:1.11~1.53,P=0.002)等指标方面均优于常规西药治疗。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上加用炙甘草汤可进一步提高冠心病心绞痛的疗效,值得进一步推广与深入研究。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Zhigancao decoction combined with conventional western medicine in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods Seven databases such as PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Database were searched,and randomized controlled trials of conventional western medicine combined with Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were collected from January 2015 to May 2022.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software and STAT16 software.Results A total of 8 articles were included in this study,and 688 patients were collected.The quality of articles included was low.Meta-analysis showed that conventional western medicine combined with Zhigancao decocted was superior to conventional western medicine in improving the clinical total effective rate(RR=1.26,95%CI:1.17-1.36,P<0.00001),and improving the indexes of triglyceride(MD=–1.32,95%CI:–1.50-–1.14,P<0.00001),total cholesterol(MD=–0.37,95%CI:–0.44-–0.29,P<0.00001),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(MD=–0.94,95%CI:–1.11-–0.77,P<0.00001),low whole blood viscosity(MD=–1.22,95%CI:–1.84-–0.59,P=0.0001),high whole blood viscosity(MD=–2.40,95%CI:–2.57-–2.24,P<0.00001),plasma viscosity(MD=–0.17,95%CI:–0.24-–0.10,P<0.00001),electrocardiogram(RR=1.30,95%CI:1.11-1.53,P=0.002)of patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Conclusion The addition of Zhigancao decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can further improve the efficacy of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which is worthy of further promotion and in-depth study.
