木蝴蝶薄荷饮在改善食管癌术后口咽部不适护理中的应用

The application of Muhudie Bohe drink in improving the care of oropharyngeal discomfort after esophageal cancer surgery

目的观察木蝴蝶薄荷饮在改善食管癌术后口咽部不适护理中的效果。方法选取2019年10月至2022年7月于金华市中心医院接受手术治疗的食管癌患者79例,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=41)和对照组(n=38)。试验组患者禁食期采用木蝴蝶薄荷饮进行口腔护理及含漱;对照组患者禁食期采用生理盐水进行口腔护理及含漱。比较两组患者术后1d、术后4d及拔管当天口咽部疼痛、口臭发生情况和口腔卫生评分。结果术后1d、术后4d及拔管当天,试验组患者的疼痛视觉模拟评分法评分和口腔卫生评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后4d及拔管当天,试验组患者的口臭发生情况显著轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论木蝴蝶薄荷饮可改善食管癌术后患者的口咽部疼痛和口腔卫生,降低口臭发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Muhudie Bohe drink in improving the care of oropharyngeal discomfort after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 79 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing surgery in Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital from October 2019 to July 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=41)and control group(n=38)according to random number table method.In the fasting period,the experimental group was treated with Muhudie Bohe drink for oral care and gargling,control group was treated with normal saline for oral care and gargling.The incidence of oropharyngeal pain,halitosis and oral health scores were compared between the two groups 1 day after surgery,4 days after surgery and the day of extubation.Results The pain visual analog scale scores and oral health score of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group at 1 day,4 days after surgery and the day of extubation(P<0.05).The occurrence of halitosis in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group at 4 days after surgery and the day of extubation(P<0.05).Conclusion Muhudie Bohe drink can improve the oropharyngeal pain and oral health,reduce the incidence of halitosis,worthy of clinical promotion.
