摘要
目的了解宁夏回族自治区医学生负性情绪与总体幸福感情况,并分析社会支持在两者关系中的调节作用。方法采用分层随机抽样法,于2020年9—10月使用总体幸福感量表、社会支持评定量表以及正负性情绪量表对宁夏回族自治区某医学院校1512名医学生进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果宁夏回族自治区某医学院校1512名医学生总体幸福感总分为(85.08±10.83)分,处于中等偏上水平;医学生总体幸福感、社会支持及负性情绪两两间均呈显著相关(均P<0.01);调节效应分析结果表明,医学生负性情绪可负向预测总体幸福感(β=-1.02,P<0.01),社会支持在其中起到调节作用(β=-0.01,P<0.05)。结论社会支持在宁夏回族自治区医学生负性情绪与总体幸福感关系中起调节作用,负性情绪对总体幸福感的影响随社会支持水平的提高而减弱。
Objective To understand the status of negative emotion and general well-being of medical students in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,analyze the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between them.Methods From September to October of 2020,1512 medical students in a medical college in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region were collected by the stratified random sampling,and investigated by the general well-being scale,the social support rating scale and the positive and negative emotion scale,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of general well-being of 1512 medical students in a medical college in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was(85.08±10.83)points,which was above the middle level.There were significant correlations among general well-being,social support and negative emotions of medical students(all P<0.01).The results of moderating effect analysis showed that negative emotions could negatively predict the general well-being of medical students(β=-1.02,P<0.01),in which social support played a moderating role(β=-0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The social support plays a moderating role in the relationship between negative emotion and general well-being of medical students in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and the impact of negative emotion on general well-being decreases with the increase of social support level.
