摘要
针对煤制气装置中应用的CO深冷分离系统工艺运行过程中容易出现的系统分子筛被甲醇、CO_(2)击穿造成冷箱冻堵、系统冷态开车造成冷箱送出管线跑冷现象、冷箱内仪表管线漏导致系统冷量不足,需补充液氮维持系统运行条件等进行了系统性分析,根据实际操作经验制定相应的处理措施。
Systematic analysis is made on the problems easy to occur during operation of CO cryogenic separation system applied in coal to gas plant,such as the system molecular sieve is broken down by methanol and CO2 causing the cold box to freeze and block,the system cold start-up causes the cold box delivery pipeline to run cold,the leakage of instrument pipeline in the cold box causes the system cold capacity to be insufficient,and the supplement of liquid nitrogen to maintain operating conditions of the system.Corresponding treatment measures are formulated according to actual operating experience.
