Taking Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Industry 1.8 million t/a methanol plant and the process flow of PSA hydrogen production unit in series through membrane separation of exhaust gas as examples,this paper introduces the process flow of PSA hydrogen production and methanol synthesis catalyst,selects PSA product hydrogen as reducing agent,expounds the catalyst reduction process,and summarizes its advantages for reference by similar companies.
