摘要
针对甲醇罐区自力式调节阀精度低,造成产品蒸发损失、现场环境污染和存在安全隐患的问题,通过改造为自调阀,实现了甲醇储槽压力精准控制,减少储槽呼吸阀排放量,减少甲醇排放量,改善现场环境。
In view of the problems of low precision of self-operating regulator in methanol tank farm,resulting in product evaporation loss,site environmental pollution and potential safety risks,the self-operating regulator was retrofitted to realize accurate control of methanol storage tank pressure,reduce the discharge of tank breathing valve,reduce the discharge of methanol,and improve the environment in field.
