Capacity optimization measures of air separation unit

本文通过回收利用空分装置污氮气的工艺措施,解决全厂高纯氮气物料不平稳的问题,优化了空分装置的产能,达到空分系统高负荷稳定运行的目的。

In this paper,the process measures of recovering and utilizing polluted nitrogen in air separation unit are adopted to solve the unstable problem of high purity nitrogen materials in the whole plant,optimize the production capacity of air separation unit,and achieve the purpose of high load,stable operation of air separation unit.
