This paper introduces the purification gas distribution process of low temperature methanol washing unit in methanol plant of Hengli Petrochemical Company,summarizes the problems existing during operation.The problems found in the production operation can be solved by dealing with the problems during online or low load period,so as to ensure the longperiod,stable operation of the unit.
